One holistic food that I suggest everyone add to their daily food routine is a nutritious, bone broth. Bone broth is so versatile, powerful, and yummy.
Bone broth contains essential minerals, collagen, electrolytes, & so much more, it’s insane! Bone broth is great for the immune system, your digestive health, inflammation, your brain and the list goes on.
One reason I suggest everyone incorporate bone broth into their diet is that it helps to promote a healthy digestive system and it’s highly nutritive which helps with brain function. So not only does it make your gut happy, but it helps to promote happiness in your mind as well.
You can make your bone broth simple with just water & beef bones or you can add veggies, herbs, mushrooms & spices to give it a particular taste or function.
My bone broth has local, organic beef bones, onions, garlic, celery, lovage, peas, wild-harvested nettles, wild-harvested turkey tails, & apple cider vinegar.
I plan to can most of mine in my pressure canner so I can save and share with friends and family later.
